The word “Arkion” takes its origins from ancient greek, capturing the idea of a roof sheltering your family, company, and assets, making you feel safe with us. Building a Strong Bridge between the Past and the Future
Throughout our history, our clients and our range of services have continued to grow. Today, we offer professional expertise in various required areas with one mission: protecting your financial security.
The Arkion Group was founded in 2001 in Geneva by Eric Halff, chartered accountant and private banker.
In 2003, our holding company Arksys SA was created in Fribourg, and in the same year, Arkion Limited was born in London.
The following year saw the creation of Arkion Trustees (NZ) Limited, whose central purpose was to set up New Zealand Trusts, and Arkion (Hong Kong) Limited, to support and serve the needs of our clients in Asia. Our Swiss trust company, Arkion Trustees SA, was created in 2008 in Fribourg.
In 2014, we opened offices in Dubai to be able to support our clients active in the Middle East. The Group has also increased its presence in Hong Kong in 2014 by joining forces with a local company, Interglobe, creating the joint venture ArkGlobe Limited, specialising in the Chinese market.
In 2018, to respond to growing customer demand, our Group launched Arkion Corp. in Wyoming, USA. With an increasingly global reach, we are now in a position to set up Trusts under US law and to support your activities across the Atlantic.
In 2025, as part of a strategic reorganization, Arkion Advisers DMCC began operating independently from the Swiss-based group, with a clear focus on servicing clients in the UAE and the wider Gulf region.
This spin-off enables a sharper, region-specific offering, while continuing to maintain its international reach through its structures in the United States, Hong Kong, and other key jurisdictions.
