Test Eric is a Swiss citizen living in Geneva who graduated from Geneva University with a BA in Econ Sc. He is a certified chartered accountant and is member of the Swiss Chamber of Chartered Accountants.

Eric joined Coopers & Lybrand, working in both Geneva and London, were he furthered his training, before managing the internal audit division for the Cantrade Bank, an affiliate of the UBS Group.

In 1993 Eric was appointed Director and CEO of the Family Office, Abacus Conseil and Expertise Comptable SA, belonging to one of the leading families in Switzerland with extended responsibilities in investment and tax structures.

He created and directed his own Multi Family Office in 2001- Arkion S.A.

Eric is married with two children. With a French mother tongue, he is fluent in English and  German.

UK national, resident in London. Geoff has been involved in the field of trade finance, company secretarial and – to the extent that these activities can be carried out in the UK – fiduciary services. He is 52 years old and has a B Econ Sc and an MBA, both from the University of the Witwatersrand – South Africa.

Pierre is a Swiss citizen living in Geneva who graduated as a Swiss Certified Tax expert since 1988. He is member of the Swiss Chamber of Chartered Accountants.

Pierre spent 17 year as a Co-manager of the Controller’s Office at the Geneva Tax Administration before joining the Trust Company of Ferrier Lullin Bank in Geneva.

He headed the Trust Company( and its subsidiary Privexia Geneva SA) and had a managment responsibility for its Taxation department, whilst personally looking after the Trust Company's wealthiest clients.

In 2005 the bank decided to spin-off the subsidairy Privexia Geneva SA and with their blessing he took over personal responsibility for these clients under the Arkion banner, bringing his team with him.

With a French mother tongue, he speaks Spanish and English.

Bernard graduated from St Gallen University with a BA in Econ Sc and has a Masters Degree in Organisation.

Bernards career includes early marketing experiance with Rossli Cigars following which he was approached by First National Bank, in Zurich, and recruited as an Executive Trainee.

Moving to Société Fiduciaire Suisse he spent thirty years progressively as Manager and Partner – Associate and latterly was promoted to their Geneva office as a Director.

Bernard joined Arkion as a Director in 2001.

With Corporate Consulting, Management and Audit experiance to International standards he specialises in ares of Due Diligence, Corporate Finance, Strategic Consulting and Company valuations.

He also sits on the Board of various Swiss and Foreign Companies.
